  • An Australian driver’s licence issued by a state or territory.

Small bags only. Large backpacks, oversized purses and bulky bags are not permitted.

As a guide, bring a small hand-held clutch, roughly 4.5 × 6.5 inches (11 × 16.5 cm), or a clear bag to help make security checks easier.

All bags are subject to security screening and searches on entry. Essential medical equipment and kits are permitted but will also be inspected.

Can I bring outside food or alcohol?

No outside alcohol is permitted. DIGI is fully licensed. External alcohol will be confiscated, and attempting to bring it in may result in denied entry.

Outside food is restricted. Fast food, commercial takeaway and glass-packaged goods are not permitted. If you have exceptional medical dietary requirements, notify security staff at entry.

Free drinking water is available at multiple stations across the venue.

What items are prohibited?

Security will confiscate prohibited items at entry, including:

How do I get there?

DIGI takes place in Canberra, approximately 10 minutes’ drive from the city centre.

Canberra’s light rail runs from the city to stops close to the site, making public transport an easy option.

Recommended stops, walking directions and pickup and drop-off arrangements will be shared closer to the event. Check this page before travelling so you know where to go.

We recommend public transport, Uber or rideshare. Limited parking is available across from the site.

[05] Our values

A shared space. A shared responsibility.

DIGI brings people together through music, art and collective energy. Help us create a place where everyone feels welcome, respected and free to express themselves.

Look after each other

Bring your people. Look out for those around you. Respect different backgrounds, identities and abilities, and make room for others on the dancefloor.

Consent comes first

Respect personal space. Ask before making contact. Consent must be freely given and can change at any time. Discrimination, harassment and unwanted behaviour have no place at DIGI.

Find your pace

Take breaks, stay hydrated and give yourself time to recharge. If you or someone around you needs help, speak to event staff or security.

Independent spirit

DIGI is an independent festival, shaped by the artists, crew and community who bring it to life. Your energy and care are part of what makes it happen.

[06] Respect the place

We acknowledge the Ngunnawal and Ngambri peoples, the Traditional Custodians of the Canberra region, and pay our respects to Elders past and present. We recognise their continuing connection to Country, culture and community.

Dhawura nguna, dhawura Ngunnawal. This is Ngunnawal country.

[07] Before you arrive

Your final checklist, festival map and entry information will be shared closer to the event.
